Her areas of specialty include:
Trauma and complex PTSD
Stress and anxiety
Depression and mood disorders
Support for first responders, military veterans, and justice-impacted individuals

Sam’s approach is evidence-based and patient-centered. She works collaboratively with clients to nurture resilience while offering supportive interventions—such as medication-assisted care—when appropriate.
Her sessions often incorporate:
Mindfulness techniques to foster presence and calm

Sam strives to reduce barriers to care and create a therapeutic space built on trust, safety, and dignity—helping clients begin the journey of healing before crisis.
