Karin Bustamante

Ketamine Psychotherapist, PsyD, LPC


Karin holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD), a Master of Arts in Contemplative Psychotherapy (MA), and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado, as well as a Certified Group Psychotherapist (CGP). She also has a certification in clinical supervision (ACS). Karin is trained in Hakomi, a somatic psychotherapy approach, and Brainspotting, a trauma-focused treatment method.

In addition to her psychotherapy work, Karin is an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT-500) with over 1,000 hours of formal training. She is a Certified iRest Teacher from the Integrative Restoration Institute, specializing in yoga nidra, which allows for a deep exploration of the psyche in a safe, relaxed state. Karin’s personal practice is rooted in the non-dual philosophies of the East, including Buddhism and Yoga, with an emphasis on mindfulness and compassion.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Karin addresses a range of concerns, including emotional and physical trauma, depression, and anxiety. She also mentors new professionals, offers clinical supervision, and teaches psychotherapy at Naropa University.
