Initial Evaluation: During this initial 60-90 minute meeting, I will conduct a comprehensive diagnostic interview, understand your needs and goals, and will work collaboratively with you to develop a holistic treatment plan. This includes goal setting, identification of resources, medication and holistic treatment options, as well as education on any interventions.

Follow Up Evaluations: 20-30 minute follow up sessions to monitor ongoing progress, provide 1:1 coaching, and make changes to the treatment plan as needed.

Individual Therapy in Combo With Med Management: 50 minute individual therapy session in conjunction with medication management.

Telepsychiatry: Meet with me in the comfort of your own home via computer on a HIPAA secure network. Oustide normal business hours are available. Please inquire if interested.

In Home Visits: Are you a busy working professional that doesn’t have the time to commute or make appointments due to work/life schedules? Available for me to meet you in your home or confidential workplace environment within the Denver Metro Area. Contact for additional information and availability


Rates & Insurance

Balanced Mental Wellness is a fee for service practice. Fees are due at the time of service and we are considered “out-of-network” for insurance companies. Detailed receipts of  appointments are provided on request in order to file for reimbursement with your insurance company directly. Please contact your insurance company for any out of network benefits to determine eligibility for reimbursement.

Initial Evaluation: $220

Follow Up Evaluations: $130

Individual Therapy in Combo with Med Management: $150

In Home Visits: Subject to additional fees. Contact for more details. 

We also offer additional services billed at a rate of $40 for every 15 minute increment. These services include but are not limited to: letter writing, care coordination, school consultations

Cancellation policy: You will be charged the full session fee for all scheduled services that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Cancelling or rescheduling must be notified via email or phone call.
